Message from our Pastor

Over the past months, I have presented the archdiocesan Generation to Generation Campaign as a vital instrument for the Cardinal and pastors to strengthen our parishes through both spiritual renewal initiatives and much-needed facility improvements. Today, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the tremendous support, encouragement, prayers, and generosity shown by so many members of our parish family.

Throughout these weeks, I have witnessed the transforming love of Christ alive in our community, as Jesus reminds us in the Gospel: “Love one another as I have loved you.” Your response to this campaign has been far more than financial support; it has been a beautiful and tangible expression of love for God, His Church, and future generations of our parish.

I am deeply grateful to all the families who have already submitted their pledges. Through your generosity, you are helping care for retired priests who have faithfully served the Church for many years, supporting seminarians preparing for the priesthood, and strengthening spiritual formation programs throughout the Archdiocese.

At the same time, your sacrifices are helping renew and strengthen our own parish home. Together, we are putting the Gospel into action—restoring our church pews, preserving the beauty and dignity of our sacred spaces, and improving accessibility for parishioners with mobility challenges, so that all may feel welcomed with dignity and care.

Your support is also an investment in our catechetical programs and youth ministry. Our children and young people are not only the future of the parish—they are already a vital part of its life today. By strengthening their formation, we are helping them encounter Christ more deeply and preparing the next generation of faithful disciples and leaders.

As we continue this important journey together, I warmly encourage those parishioners who have not yet had the opportunity to participate to prayerfully consider joining us. Every pledge, regardless of the amount, is a sign of faith, unity, and commitment to the future of our parish and the wider Church.

Together, we can continue building a parish that is welcoming, beautiful, accessible, spiritually vibrant, and ready to serve generations to come.

Fr. David Arcila, Pastor
