I was Born April 22, 1945 to James and Betty O’Leary

and grew up in Rogers Park and attended St. Mary Church and

St. Mary School. I Went to St. George High School run by the Christian Brothers.

      I Joined the Military in 1964 and served in the Army. I was stationed in Korea for 13 months and in Viet Nam for 14 months. After the military I worked for Bell & Howell Company for 23 years where I met my wife Anna and was married for 14 years.

     After her death in 2007 I was asked by our pastor to become a Deacon for St. Mary’s and was Ordained in 2013 and now I am pleased to continue as a Deacon for St. Mary and St. Stephen Protomartyr.
